My Real Estate Firm is a company I am very proud of. I founded this firm independently. Prior to that I affiliated with a variety of other real estate firms over the years. I decided in about 1989 that I wanted to own and develop real estate. I decided in 2007 that I was going to own a real estate firm. In 2018, I was finally able to establish my license to practice real estate. I have focused much of my real estate career on studying land, property, markets, strategy, research, and negotiations. I leverage my education and experiences with databased design, software and web design, and data analytics to achieve goals, and succeed in negotiations in unique and valuable ways. I love practicing real estate. I love using my talents to achieve goals for my clients, both long term and short term, all buyers, sellers, and investors. This business is where I focus most of time as of Oct. 2025.

In 2001 my Father died abnormally young. Since that time, I developed a real passion for the study of life, health, healing, and all things related. I have done an enormous amount of education is these categories, and continue to do continuing ed in these fields. During these years of study, I learned a great deal about what I, and my doctors believe, was as the root cause of his early death: a collections of rare and complex genetic mutations. There are several test that I like to tell everyone about, because of their potential to be life changing. I highly recommed the following: The Methylation Gene Panel with LifeDNA.com, The full genetics analysis with Sequencing.com, the IGG Sensitivity Panel with Everlywell.com, and more. I hope that I will live to see our mainstream primary care medical fields incorporate these tests into basic, standard, encouraged primary care tests done at the first appointment newborns have with their primary care physician/pediatrician. And, that they are re-done at the first doctor's appointment each young woman has with her ob/gyn establishing patient visit, and redone when anyone transitions from pediatric care to adult care, and redone anytime there is an ER visit. These tests require only a small sample of blood or mouth swab. Informed patients are capable of making informed decisions and advocating for themselves customized plans of care. People deserve to understand their own unique bodies, and to have a beautiful, wonderful quality of life, and avoid all suffering that is possible to avoid. As of Oct. 2025, this is not a business that I spend much time on, but I do a lot of continuing ed for. I find that from time to time, God puts me in the path of someone who I can help for free in this category with some advise or consulting.

I gained a wealth of knowledge and experience during the years I attended MC, but I also gained a greater wealth of knowledge in the education I completed elsewhere, after leaving MC. I have done continuing ed with more programs that I am capable of remembering off of the top of my head at the moment. I have a partial list on my FB page as of Oct. 2025. I think if I was going to summarize the single most valuable thing I learned from my time at MC, I would say that it was how I learned to be critical in my analysis of any type of system, and to think critically about designing/engineering better more efficient systems.

I am also a Dynamic Web Developer, Graphic Designer, Drone Photographer, Marketer, Financial Repair Expert, MLO Student, AI Student, and have experience implementing, creating, designing, and managing websites that run software withing the browser and server, dynamic membership and user sign up sites with customized, interactive, and updatable databases, sites with customized payment portals, sites that can be used for social media, sites that can be used for retail and sales, sites that can be used for a variety of other purposes.


Some other notes about me.

Growing up, I was a competitive athlete (gymnast, dancer, ballet, modern, etc., acrobat), and a phenomenal student. I began working around the age of 14 for a local business owner, founder, and real estate investor. I worked for a variety of companies until I began entrepreneurship in 2007, a time when many were struggling with financial crisis, I was a newly abandoned mother, and business builder. I've been self employed under a variety of contract work type capacties ever since then, either for my own companies or for others. I scored impressively on GPA, ACT, and IQ, but personally find those types of test to be really worthless in analyzing any person's value or intelligence in a worthwhile way.

Working for other's companies, prior to self employment and entrepreneurship, I gained experiencing in the following fields and roles: Hotel, Motel, Resort Operations, Retail, Jewelry, Clothing, and Home Goods Store Operations, Restaurant Operations, Medical Billing and Collections Operations and Leadership, Call Center Operations with Special Confidentiality, Security, and Sales Clientelle, and more.

I have a passion for understanding how things work, and engineering them to be more profitable and efficient. I love negotiations. I love helping others achieve goals they believe are too good to be possible. When you have a superior ability to analyze data, it's possible to bring together better deals that everyone in the deal feels confident about.

I have also attended a very large variety of schools beyond MC, mentioned above, including, but not limited to: McKissock, edX Harvard, W3CSchools, SoloLearn, PSTCC, NASM, ISSA, AFAA, YogaRenew, OnCourse Learning Systems, and many more.

Consulting I did for a large asset management team, and hedge fund investment, resulted in many millions of dollars in net profits. I really enjoyed this type of consulting, and would absolutely love to do more like it.

I am a Christian that believes in a Christ that has love and compassion for all, and I have a deep respect, and appreciation, for all faiths and philosophies. I was a single mother with no support for many years. I survived, and at times thrived, despite the odds being stacked heavily against me because of my inventive creativity, ability to think differently, and skills in designing systems and analyzing risk with the goal to eliminate risk completely. I've done many millions of dollars in real estate deals. I have an incredible amount of experience, in a very large variety of fields. I am an asset to any company, business, goal, or operation.
